In Trubox, all activities performed by users where-by they change values in the system are automatically tracked in the Activity Log. This includes creating, editing and deleting data/records as well as Form Definitions. The system tracks the date/time, username, area of impact, the previous content and the newly created/changed content where applicable.
A List Grid of these activities can be accessed if you have the appropriate security role associated with your Trubox user account.
