Important You will need to know both your account email and security answers to reset a lost password. If you do not have this information, please contact your Trubox System Administrator or submit a ticket to our tech support team.
If you have access to your account and are looking to change your password from within the application, you can find the information in our How do I reset my password? article.
Step 1: Access the Login Page
Go to the login page of your Trubox site. If you are not already logged in, this should be the default page when accessing your Trubox site. If you do not know the link to your Trubox site, please contact your Trubox System Administrator.
Step 2: Request a Password Reset
Left-click on the 'Forgot Password' link found under the blue Login button.
Enter your account email address and answer the security questions listed underneath. Note the security answers are case sensitive. Once the fields have been filled out, left-click on the blue 'Reset' button to receive your Password Reset email.

Please allow a few moments for the 'Password Change Notification' email to arrive.
Important If you do not receive an email within fifteen minutes, please make sure to check your junk or spam folders or submit a ticket to our tech support team.
Left-click on the 'Trubox password reset page' link to reset your password and security answers.
