Organizations are the only record that are attributed to Default Currencies. To change an Organization’s default currency or to create an Organization with the desired currency you will need to be logged in as user type “System Admin” so you can access Organizations and Users from the Administrative module. The default System Admin user included with every installation of Trubox is “IQSAdmin.”
The Administrative module can be accessed by pressing the nine squares icon to access Trubox’s drop down menu and clicking on the Administrative section to reveal the “Organizations” section.
Clicking on Organizations will open a tab to reveal a list of all the Organizations created in the Trubox instance.
To Add a new Organization, Click the “+” icon at the top of the screen. To edit an existing Organization, double click a row.
From the new Organization window you can enter a Name and Description for your new Organization. The Default Currency can be edited here from the drop-down menu.
Click the Floppy Disk icon at the top of the screen to Save changes made to the Organization or to create the new Organization.
Now any User associated with this Organization will have the Organization’s default currency when creating new records. For help or guidance on how to change a User’s Organization click this link.
