If you do not know your password and wish to have it changed, please see the article “I forgot my password”. You can also request that your Trubox System Admnistrator change your password for you.
If you are able to log in to Trubox but want to change your password, see below.
- Click on your username at the top of the screen
- Click on ‘Preferences’
- Once your Preferences tab opens up, click on the ‘Wizards’ drop-down and choose “Change Password”.
- When the ‘Change Password’ prompt opens up, enter your desired password in the right of the ‘Password’ blank and then confirm the password by typing it again in the blank to the right of the ‘Password Again’ blank:
If the password you entered in the Password and Password Again blank matches, and it meets your Trubox administrator’s password complexity requirements, you will see the following screen confirming the password change:
If it does not meet the Trubox Administrator’s Complexity requirements, you will see a pop up explaining what the requirements are that may be similar to this:
