You can only define Approved By lists if you have access to the Administrative module.
To access the Approved By Lists you will need to click the nine squares icon which will open the Main Navigation drop down menu and click on Administrative to open its sub-module selections. Then click on Approved By Lists.
To create a new Approved By list click the “+” icon at the top right of the screen.
Give your new Approved By List a Unique name and then click the Floppy Disk icon to save and allow access to the Approved By selection List.
Click on the “+” icon to add a new user to the Approved By List. When you have finished selecting the desired users and giving them the associated Hierarchy Level and Step When Not Approved values you can save the Approved By List.
