IMPORTANT Document Mover is only available to on-premise clients.
Document Mover provides systematic archiving, promoting, and routing of linked documents during the Change Request process.
- Create network share folder location that will contain all the Doc Mover sub folders (i.e., \\servername\DocMoverExample)
- Under this new folder, manually create the following folders:
NOTE The system will automatically generate the ‘Archive’ and ‘ChangeRequest’ folders during Document Mover processing
- Refer to the “File Mount Setup” documentation to set up the File Mount in Trubox.
