You will need a System Admin level user to manage Auditors:
- To access the Auditors sub-module click on the nine squares icon at the top of the screen. You can then click on the Administrative tab and there you will find the Auditors sub-module.
2. From the list grid of Auditors you can see what Auditors already exist and by clicking the “+” icon you can add new Auditors.
3. In the Auditors record you can decide what type of Auditor it will be from the Source drop down menu. In the Source you can choose between User, Company/Contact, Function and Other. Selecting certain options in Source will change the form. If you select User you will only need to select a User ID. Company/Contact will give you a Company ID and Contact ID fields. Function will generate a function drop down menu. Other will generate a text field that you can edit or describe well enough. When you have set all fields as desired you can then save the record and the Auditor will be added to the list.
