1. Open the desired sub-module and right click on a column header. From the result drop down menu select Group By. Note that the Group By will have a default value of the Column you clicked on.
2. After clicking on the Group By button the list grid will be sorted into groups defined by the column you right clicked on. Right clicking on a column header again you can select Configure Grouping.
From here you can Add more levels of grouping, change the existing levels or delete levels as needed.
When you have set the grouping levels as desired you can click Apply to have those changes affect the list grid.
NOTE This function has a numerical limitation. If a list grid has over 1000 records then you will not be able to use the Group function. You can use the filter function to reduce the amount of records.
